Users can coordinate pickup through a user-friendly smartphone app or website, affording flexibility and control over the timing of pallet collection. Our service aims to be a complete solution for pallet disposal while emphasizing environmental responsibility by reducing the amount of wood and plastic pallets deposited in landfills.

Our offerings include services for both commercial and residential clients, with free pallet pickup* available following a visual inspection, flexible scheduling options with live loads on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, and the buying and selling of pallets.

The benefits of our service include enhanced storage capacity within or outside your premises, elimination of unsightly pallet accumulations outdoors, and contributing to environmental sustainability by reducing waste.

*Please note that some pallets may not qualify for free pickup after inspection.

How does the process work?

1. Download our dedicated app
2. Create an account and log in
3. Select the pallet booking option
4. Specify the type and quantity of pallets
5. Choose your preferred pickup method
6. Provide pickup location details, preferred date, and time
7. Upload photographs of your pallets
8. Confirm your request — we will review your photos and notify you if the pallets do not qualify for free pickup

We Pick Up Pallets® also offers Palletize Delivery services tailored for shippers, simplifying local freight logistics. Our streamlined system reduces costs and saves time through an easy-to-use load board, focusing on last mile and middle mile deliveries for businesses.
